My name is Sarah Haywood. I started my coaching method with one goal in mind: to help people find happiness and fulfillment in their work, relationships and life. I am a seasoned life coach and spiritual guide who has been on a profound journey of self-discovery since 2008. In January that year, I had a NDE, which led to my spiritual awakening. It was a pivotal moment that ignited a deep yearning within me for truth, purpose, and a connection to something greater than myself.

Over the past 15 years, I have had the incredible privilege of studying and training with renowned spiritual masters, shamans, and teachers from various traditions around the world. Their wisdom and guidance have profoundly shaped my understanding of the human psyche, consciousness, and the interconnectedness of all beings.

My own spiritual awakening has been the driving force behind my life coaching practice.
